This is my first patch to implement the new 'Request Token' from cybersource.
I will appreciate if someone experienced in ofbiz can review the the patch and
comment on it.
one more edit needs to be done to test this patch, the API version for
cybersource in payment.properties files need to be changed to 1.28 to use the
new 'request token'.
