Amended orders lose Financial Account PaymentMethod

The problem here was that when you pay by a financial account and then change
the order, the amended order will not contain the financial account payment
method.
The reason for that is that when the shopping cart is loaded from the order,
for the financial account the finAccountId must be set in the
ShoppingCart.CartPaymentInfo when adding the payment method.
