Thanks Jacobo for taking care of this. I infered the naming convetions already 
used in ofbiz for Italy, UK, France, etc ... 

The norm seems to be the id prefixed by the ISO code of the country (this is 
followed by all GeoCodes except the US one). I believe this should be enough.
