AFAIK, The mechanisms currently in OFBiz are around the shopping list services and potentially some minor stuff related to the OpenTravel stuff. Recurrent orders are implemented with the shopping list. Recurring billing is a slight bit different since a new order shouldn't be created. In addition, my immediate need is dependent on changing prices and issuing multiple invoices, so I have no plan to reuse any existing mechanism unless there is an interest in the community to move down that diagram towards the "desired" and "refactored" models.
