The ListFixedAssets form is defined twice (and the same) in
applications/accounting/webapp/accounting/fixedasset/FixedAssetsForms.xml
Moreover, ListFixedAssets is missing a paginate-target which may prevent
pagination to work correctly.
Patch is coming next.
