Hi all, this is a service that will check and update (if necessery) Contact
Lists email address with the new email address on every email update.
This is allready disscuseesd a little in this
issue:https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-1054.
So both issues are somehow connected. OFBIZ-1054 will filter expired emails ,
and the this patch will add the new email address to the Contact List.
