Billing Account not created in sync with new BillingAccount

Hi,
Navigating from View Profile --> Billing Account --> New don't create the
BillingAccountRole record.
Although the service for creating BillingAccountRole gets called in sync with
the new BillingAccount.
This patch will fix this bug.
Please let me know your thoughts on this.
