Added few more fixes.
4. Removed duplicate fields and CommonEmptyHeader from FixedAssetForms.xml
possibly entered by mistake in r550173.
May be the issue tittle is wrong and should be " trivial, not related to each
other, mostly UI, bug fixes ".
