missing .js file when searching for a DataResource

If you go to the Lookup Data Resource panel, and press the Lookup key, the
following message is displayed on the Firefox Error Console:-
Error: submitFormDisableSubmits is not defined

It would seem that framework/images/webapp/images/selectall.js needs to be
included.
