I am reminded of a saying:
there are Dreamers that come up with wonderful Ideas todo.
there are doers that are really good and getting something practical done.
The problem is that the Dreamer and Doer don't speak the same language so it is
hard to get the concept from the dreamer to the doers.
This brings in a third type person which understands the dreamers enough and is
able to communicate in a way the doers can accomplish something.
In this case documentation at a level the doers can get something done.
