Skip, I'm not sure there is all you need but Trinidad demo looks great :

Apache project. I don' t know how it's organised but we
may embed it in OFBiz if using only some jars is possible.

http://www.liquidx.net/plotkit/ is less appealing IMHO

I did not found any example for jCharts
