The entity FinAccountTypeGlAccount is used to map a financial account type to a
glAccountId.
Implement CRUD services.
New screen to manage the entity information of an Organization: the screen will
reside in the Accounting>General Ledger>Setup and will be similar to the one
implemented in OFBIZ-1435
