Adrian, thanks for your help.
I really don't have yet a clear view of the roles/permissions we will need
(hopefully someone else will suggest something) but maybe it would be helpful
to cleanup the existing services/screens to make use of the new pattern before
we complete the GL services. So that the new services will be done in the right
way.
Initially the permission service will be very simple (a placeholder for future
enhancements).
What do you think?
