Description:
Replace all the calls to delegator.makeValue("WorkEffortInventoryProduced" in
the manufacturing component (PrductionRunServices.java) to service calls.
Move the service calls after the calls to the "createInventoryItemDetail"
service.
The service has been implemented in subtask OFBIZ-1478.
This task is not stricly related to GL accounting, but it is required to
implement the GL posting service triggered when inventory is produced by a work
effort.
