I think it's not specific to HotWax things :)
its a default behavior of Gmail

I think adding proper reply-to header will solve this problem.
Like in commit emails proper reply-to header is set so it's working as expected.

Please re-read the thread you addressed to Taher, and there Mathieu's,
Paul's and I conclusions. I know it's a lot in articles to read (before
our own
conclusions). But it's an important thing... I guess, as a team at Hotwax,
you can handle that :)
If Hotwax differs in conclusion we need to know it and why.
