New screen for the CostComponentCalc entity

This is *not* an organization specific screen, and so it will be accessible
from the top menu of the accounting component.
The screen can be copied from the existing screen in the manufacturing
component:

However, the only editable fields in the new screen will be: "Cost Gl Account
Type Id" and "Offsetting Gl Account Type Id"; on the other hand, hide the two
fields (both in the edit and list form) in the screen of the manufacturing
applocation.
