provide a gantt chart, partly implemented: need help!

A gantt chart is essential part of any project manager. I found a gantt chart
implement with dojo. The gantt chart can easiliy be found with searching by
google for : 'gantt.js dojo'
This gantt chart is currently implemented in the project manager but is not
working and i could not find yet why. If there is a dojo expert in the OFBiz
community who could help?
The demo can be started with
https://localhost:8443/projectmgr/control/ganttChart and is using
specialpurpose/projectmgr/webapp/projectmgr/project/gantChart.ftl only, without
a decorator.
