leave the version with the square brackets; we should do the same for the
LICENSE of ofbiz-framework (and all the other LICENSE files).

OK, so Pierre was right copying this part from there.
I'll simply revert this part from my last commit and will update the other
LICENSE file. There is only the one in framework, AFAIK.
I'd also add LICENSE and NOTICE files in tools and site as Pierre suggested
(somewhere, I can't find it, not even in GH or Slack)
I'll wait a bit (1 day) before doing so in case we don't want the later.
