Unused location="${parameters.quoteDecoratorLocation}"

Hi all,

There are decorator screens with location ${parameters.quoteDecoratorLocation} 
i.e.
<decorator-screen name="CommonQuoteDecorator" 
location="${parameters.quoteDecoratorLocation}">

But quoteDecoratorLocation variable isn't set anywhere in the project.
Suggest to remove the location when value is 
"${parameters.quoteDecoratorLocation}".
