Thanks Gaetan to push this subject.
If we want keep OFBiz up to date, hence we need to realize this big step.
My preference go to freeze this migration, focus to release the next
stable branch (24.xx) and restart it after.

This one would be bigger even, because it would imply migrating from
javax package to jakarta package.
javax to jakarta change breaks some other things, such as JUEL
dependency.
Migration would be a lot of work and testing.
The advantages i see in migrating as soon as possible would be that we
could put it behind us.
