As experience I'm not really enjoy to use POJO. We already did it and quickly understand that was an FBI (Fausse Bonne Idée - Bad good idea) after used OFBiz with this improvement on a customer project and saw OFBiz performance down.

With this we understood well that OFBiz is object orientated on the framework but relational oriented on functional and business layer. It's the reason that OFBiz is SOA (Service oriented architecture) and we not need an ORM (Hard for our team to decide to push many years of work to bin).

I so suggesting to take the time to understand this relational system to avoid falling prey to the sirens of techno and finally save your time.
