available to the public, but as a PMC it can be useful.
The data is available to committers and the public.
Committers can use the live data feed at https://infra-reports.apache.org/#downloads to get fancy charts and what not, while the general public can
use https://infra-reports.apache.org/download_stats/nifi/ to fetch the public JSON history blobs from the past year and a half.
