Releasing Apache OFBiz 24.09.01

Hello Community,

We have been quite busy lately, and we did not yet release the 24 branch 
that has been stabilized since September 2024.

I propose to make the launch of a first release 24.09.01, i will do it 
next Friday if there is no blocker.

@jacopo, do you want me to take care of the release process, or I let 
you this privilege :) ?

With the 24.09.01 releasing, I propose to move the stable demo on it and 
move the demo-next to trunk branch. We keep it like that until we 
suggest to freeze the trunk branch to the next branch.
