on Pop!_OS 24.04 LTS with openjdk version "17.0.18" 2026-01-20
I just had an issue with npm where the npm failed during the setup with
an invalid symbolic link on example plugin.
I deleted the plugin/example/.gradle directory and restart the build
without problem. Restart all process from unzip without problem.
Maybe a local issue, or ICK (Interface Chair Keyboard)
