Hi all,

I'd like to propose upgrading OFBiz's mail library from javax.mail to its
modern replacement, Jakarta Mail (Eclipse Angus Mail).

*javax.mail 1.6.2* predates the Jakarta EE rename, and OFBiz's servlet
layer has already made that jump (Tomcat 10.1 / jakarta.servlet, Java 17) —
mail is one of the pieces still lagging behind. The library's own upstream
has moved too: Sun/Oracle's JavaMail implementation is now maintained as
Eclipse Angus Mail against the Jakarta Mail API spec.

In practice, that's a straightforward swap: *com.sun.mail:javax.mail:1.6.2*
becomes *jakarta.mail:jakarta.mail-api + org.eclipse.angus:angus-mail*,
with the affected imports renamed to match. It's a pure API-surface change,
with no behavioral difference.

Planning to file a JIRA ticket shortly — let me know if anyone sees a
reason to avoid this.

Thanks,

Mridul Pathak
