Hi Nicolas,
All the fixes are now merged, you're good to go from my side whenever
you're ready to start the new release.
Thanks again for your patience and for holding the tag for these.
Best,
Mridul Pathak

Hi Nicolas,
Quick update — all the important fixes are merged except for a couple,
which I'm currently blocked on getting CI to confirm. GitHub Actions seems
to be stuck across GitHub-hosted runners for the whole Apache org right
now, not something specific to our repo — INFRA is already aware and
tracking it on Slack, and I'm seeing the same backlog on several other ASF
projects.
I'll let you know as soon as CI clears so you can go ahead and start the
new release.
Thanks for your patience,
Mridul Pathak
