Edit Communication Content Doesn't Work

Party Manager Edit Comm Content screen doesn't work. Change the contents of the
fields, then click Submit. Response is "The action was performed successfully"
- yet none of the fields are updated.
Also, when updating text fields when the content contains an image, a
"'byteBuffer' empty when trying to create database image" exception is thrown.
I commented out line 737 of ContentmanagementServices.java to get past the
exception.
