Added "partyId" as optional IN parameter to the
calcShipmentEstimateInterface.And added it to the
ShippingEvents.getShipGroupEstimate() as a new input argument; the field in the
method is then added to the serviceFields map.
And added it as a new field (populated from the cart in the constructor) to the
ShippingEstimateWrapper class.
