How about we call the component "crm" (in the specialpurpose directory), and
then have different webapps in it for the different major roles, like:
- sales (or sfa)
- marketing
- custsupport
Each one would have a landing page that would be a dashboard for that role.
Does this sound reasonable? Any other roles we should target with CRM?
