This appears to be a URL writing problem, and if so would be a problem with
OFBiz code and not with how it is deployed.
If I remember right from running into this before the problem happens when the
parameters for the URL are not included in the ofbizUrl tag, so the jsessionid
gets inserted in a bad place.
