I reproduced the problem that Krzysztof described.
The steps:
- Create invoice GZ-DIG and GZ-1001;
- Chose "Mail Check/Money Order" for payment method(the order would not be
approved, so the invoice for the digital item would not be created);
- Receive offline payment from order view screen(before approving the order)
- Then approve and quick ship the order.
- The payment will be applied only to the first invoice.
