Add the functionality to convert a lead person to a contact. Also add the
ability for the user to opt for converting the associated group to an Account.
To convert a lead to contact, it will just need to create a new party role for
the lead person with roleTypeId=CONTACT. If user opt for converting the
associated group to an Account, then add a new role (ACCOUNT) to the PartyGroup
as well.
