happy_hour_promo.patch is using TechDataCalendarWeek entity which will be
depreceted soon. I let is in the issue only for demonstration purpose.
promotion_recurrence.patch is using RecurrenceInfo and RecurrenceRule entities
and only this patch should be committed.
