don't show duplicate fields in IN Parameters
OUT Parameters will need the same Patch, I think, but I don't have any useful
test for that right now.
open question:
wouldn't it be better to fix getParameterNames, to not return duplicate
fieldnames? (this method is used sometimes in other areas so, I don't know)
