Not able to deploy in tomcat 6 in windows

When we are trying to run catalina.bat run we are getting an exception shown
below
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: -Dofbiz/home=E:/ofbiz
E:/ofbiz is where we have the Ofbiz download from SVN.
