Patch with some improvements and corrections.
Improvement: Introduced a new option "updateAfterRequestCall" in
Ajax.InPlaceEditor to sustain its original functionality when it call
Ajax.Request (when htmlResponse = false). Corresponding changes in
ModelFormField.InPlaceEditor class and HtmlFormRenderer.renderDisplayField()
method.
