Good work !
But I would like to suggest two changes namely:
1) Service definition, implementations and JS can go to Party component as
this feature can be extended to back end where ever possible
2) If I am not wrong, the list of states and country are fetched so the name of
service / requests should be like getStateOptions and not setStateOptions
