Attachment: supplier-return.patch
This patch contains minor modification over last patch and are following:
1) Now Vendor return can also be created from link "Quick Refund Entire Order"
on Order Detail Page. This requires a small mods to
quickReturnOrder service.
2) Added a new label for PrimaryReturnId
3) Changed the service eca condiion on updateHeader from Return Accept
(SUP_RETURN_ACCEPTED) to Return Shipped
(SUP_RETURN_SHIPPED). This condtion is used on returns that are of type
Replacement - to create a PO.
