I'm embarrassed by so many mistakes you have fixed for me. Thank you!
I downloaded the ofbiz-trunk688743-ldap.patch and applied it in my enviroment.
I added a lib directory and cas-server-core-3.1.jar, rebuilt and run OFBiz,
configed ldap.xml, both org.ofbiz.ldap.cas.OFBizCasAuthenticationHandler and
org.ofbiz.ldap.openldap.OFBizLdapAuthenticationHandler worked fine.
