I think it's a good idea to have a easy found place for all videos. I also
like (really like) the idea with a format that works on all platforms
without having to install more than a normal browser environment. I have
systems where I have Flash, but not Quicktime nor a AVI-player.  But if the
resolution is too bad it may be a drawback.
