Details:
1. Added a new field "productStoreShipMethId" in ShippingCostEstimate entity.
2. Changed the types of fields carrierPartyId, shipmentMethodTypeId,
carrierRoleTypeId & productStoreId from id-ne to id.
3. Modified ShipingEvents.getShipGroupEstimate() &
ShippingServices.calcShipmentCostEstimate() for calculating shipping cost
estimates based on productStoreShipMethId. Also modified the getShipOption &
setShippingOption methods of CustomerEvents.xml.
