To make entry easy:
If a "Payrol Invoice" is created, all the possible itemTypes will be shown in a
list on screen where the user can add all the amount and quantities in one go.
Then for all non-null invoiceitems an item will be created in the database.
If an item has a service defined that service will be executed and the result
inserted in the form.
