Hi Jacques,

I have dig into the issue on label ManufacturingDuplicatedComponentInBOM and 
it's ok that Label Manager transform > into > inside an xml tag also because 
if you insert < it can be in conflict with </value.
So in this case is dom xml serializer that transform < in &gt;
