success messages are not displaying properly.

On some places success message is showing with additional prefixes and suffixes.
Like "Prefix:Prefix message:The action was performed successfully.Suffix
message:Suffix:"
When i traced this, i found that this problem is started from revision no
735402. At this revision no if i replaced DefaultMessages.xml file with
revision no 735401, then it works fine.
