Removed at revision 742989.. The related groovy scripts have been already 
removed by Scott some times ago.

The FTL templates in applications/accounting/webapp/accounting/chartofaccounts are unused (and not localised ;o). Are they intended 
to be used later or should we get rid of them ?
Also applications/accounting/webapp/accounting/billingaccount and 
applications/accounting/webapp/accounting/billingaccount/transaction are empty.
