In the spirit of facilitating communication: could you offer more details? What
you have described here is the expected behavior in some cases, like if there
is no inventory data for a product.
You might consider commenting on each of these questions:
1. what did you do? (details, including URLs visited, data entered, etc)
2. what did you expect to happen?
3. what actually happened?
