party ids are no longer being displayed for the resources assigned to a project
in the Project Manager application

Issure reported by Sharan on User mailing list
1. Using the 'admin' login - go to Project Manager
2. Click on any of the demo data projects (eg DemoProject2 Cust2)
3. Click on the 'Resources' sub menu for the project (i.e. the one between
'Orders' and 'Content' and not the main 'Resources' menu for Project
Manager)
4. You will see that none of the party id's for the resources assigned to
the project are displayed but other details such are the roles are.
