"Add:<portletName>" button for categories with more then one portlet does not
work.

When more then one portlet are available in any Portlet category then clicking
on "Add:<portletName>" button doesnot work and generated java script error
"document.createPortalPortlet.submit() is not a function". While in case of
single portlet available for any category that button is working fine.
