Hello Pranay,
I am uploading the patch to solve above purpose
Steps for testing :-
1) Create sales order, it should be in Approved status.
2) Go to Facility -> Verify Pick screen and verify the items and depress
complete button, shipment will be created in PICKED status and invoice will
generate in INVOICE_IN_PROCESS status
3) Go to Facility -> Packing screen and pack items and depress "Weight Package
Only" button
4) Enter the weight, dimension/package input box of all packages and then
depress complete button
5) If carrier party is UPS then getting online estimates cost from UPS and
calculate the difference between this online estimate shipping cost and
estimated shipping cost taken when order is created
6) If this difference is greater than or less than 10% then warning form will
be shown
