I will try to work on this in next few days but early help on this from others
would be of great help. FYI I haven't dig into code yet.
Steps to reproduce:
-- Create Sales Order for Demo Customer.
-- Click on Quick Ship Entire Order.
-- Email Settings are disabled in general.properties.
